Following the acquisition of RPQ by Downer, we are now undertaking the important task of transitioning RPQ's workforce into the Downer business. As a result, Downer is seeking a motivated and strategic Change Delivery Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to lead this seamless integration.

Based out of our offices at Brisbane Airport the role will be at the helm of this critical change initiative responsible for the end-to-end process including detailed transition planning, stakeholder engagement, overseeing risk management and driving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) migration to ensure business continuity. ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or related discipline.
  • Recognised project management certifications (PMI, Prince2, Agile).
  • Demonstrated experience leading organisational transitions and workforce integrations, preferably within the infrastructure, construction or civil sectors, using established project management methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources, Legal, Finance and IT considerations involved in business transitions.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with practical implementation.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, dynamic, and cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral - including presenting information, listening and managing conflict.
