What You'll Do

Reporting into Vial Operations, we are seeking a Medical Officer to join our team working on early-phase clinical trials. This role is pivotal in the Vial mission of making early stage Clinical Research an efficient, high quality engine and will play a critical role in bringing new life changing medicine to the market The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a high patient load and driving first in human trials to ensure the success of Vial therapeutics programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain responsibility for the conduct of clinical trials
  • Manage patient care and monitor patient safety
  • Collaborate with Vial Leadership and Site Lead for site success
  • Monitor and report on patient safety and overall status of clinical trials
What You'll Bring
  • Full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
  • Part time roles require - availability to work 3 to 5 days per week across a 7-day roster
  • Passion for Clinical Research/Research and Development
  • Strong skills in time management, documentation, and patient care.
  • Ability to make fast decisions without sacrificing the data quality of the study.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance for Clinical Trials.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling a clinical practice.
