Our recruitment team leads the way in discovering and engaging passionate early childhood educators, people eager to shape the minds of young Australians to become the thinkers, creators and doers of the future.  We are a close knit and flexible team, we work together to provide mutual support and meet deadlines.   • Implementing our efficient and effective recruitment practices to attract, screen and select suitable applicants
  • Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and hiring managers; to be a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Managing onboarding of new employees
  • Collaborating, communicating and working effectively as a member of the wider KU People Services Team

About You

The you will be able to demonstrate the skills developed, ideally, through a prior in house recruitment role. Keen to progress your career and with a desire to go that 'little bit further', in short we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and enjoy liaising with Centre Directors and Education and Quality Managers
  • A collaborative team approach
  • Demonstrated strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Previous HR/Recruitment function experience
  • Confident communication skills face to face and using phone/ Teams/ Zoom and email
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
