About the Role

As a Hubs Manager with Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), you'll play a pivotal role in transforming employment outcomes for people with disability and refugee backgrounds. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead and inspire frontline teams (Specialists and PPS consultants) across hub, spoke, and outreach sites, ensuring participant-centred services that align with our values and the IEA DEED requirements. You will be also working with a network of community and employer advocates.

This role is more than operational oversight, it's about strategic leadership, community impact, and empowering teams to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes. You'll champion our service delivery model, drive continuous improvement through strong financial and KPI management, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

About You

You are motivated and ethical leader with a Certificate IV in Frontline Management and proven experience managing teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance outcomes. You will bring strong communication, business development, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support job seekers both individually and in groups. With sound knowledge of labour markets and a customer-centric mindset, you demonstrate empathy, cultural awareness, and a commitment to inclusion, particularly in supporting people from CALD, refugee, or disability backgrounds. Experience in community advocacy, social services, or employment programs is highly regarded.
