We're Hiring: Operations Manager

Location: Duntryleague | Type: Full-Time | Availability: Nights & Weekends Essential

Duntryleague is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our passionate team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the evening and weekend operations of our bar, restaurant, and functions. You'll be a key driver in improving service standards and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nightly operations of the bar, restaurant, and events
  • Lead and support our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage staff rosters to ensure efficiency and coverage
  • Maintain stock control and ordering
  • Oversee gaming operations in line with regulations
  • Contribute to improving overall service standards and customer satisfaction

About You:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management (bar/restaurant/functions)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in rostering, stock management, and gaming compliance
  • Available to work nights and weekends as required
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Motivated, organised, and ready to take on a challenge
  • Must have RSA,RCG and ARCG
