About the roleWhat you will be doing
  • Engage with customers and the local market to build strong relationships and understand their needs;
  • Introduce and implement new products at individual sites, ensuring smooth integration and operation;
  • Manage and deliver minor projects efficiently and effectively;
  • Provide expert product stewardship, including the use of EBS, wireless systems, bulk delivery systems, and digital technologies
  • Collaborate with mining engineers and other team members to optimize blasting performance.
What you will bring
  • Highly experienced Shotfirer / Senior Shotfirer;
  • Exposure to electronic blasting systems. Orica products will be advantageous;
  • Extensive experience with the i-kon system;
  • Proficient MMU (Mobile Manufacturing Unit) operator;
  • Strong understanding of blasting principles and safety protocols;
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blast designs;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ideally, possess trainer assessor qualifications;
  • Shotfirer license in relevant state of application.
