You'll be joining a driven, multicultural engineering and operations team in a fast-paced startup environment scaling into enterprise territory. Think intellectual vibes, focused energy, and weekly rituals like Friday team lunches, ping pong, and beers.


The Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll start by helping us manage key operational and legacy systems that underpin our CRM. This is a foundational role where you'll learn the ropes, get exposure to real product processes, and work closely with both our Chief of Operations and Product Director.

Your work will include:

  • Managing lender data and key account configurations
  • Monitoring API integrations and external data syncs
  • Assisting with SEO or marketing tasks
  • Breaking down functional requirements into tickets
  • Delegating and tracking sprint work for developers
  • Testing and monitoring feature performance
  • Reproducing and classifying bugs, then delegating to devs
  • Writing internal documentation
  • Answering stakeholder inquiries on product functionality

Once you're proficient, you'll gradually transition to supporting newer broker platform features. You'll gain exposure to more complex systems and take on increased ownership — but always with the guidance of a supportive product director who's been in your shoes.

  • Proactive, curious, and love figuring things out
  • Detail-oriented, especially with data and process flows
  • Able to take initiative and manage tasks independently
  • Comfortable communicating with developers, ops, and support
  • Hungry to grow in a product-facing role — but not chasing CPO status just yet
