We've just moved into our beautiful new clinic space (think calm, light-filled, and built for connection), and we're ready to welcome a passionate Paediatric OT who's excited to grow, feel supported, and make a real difference — one co-regulation moment at a time.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for children and their families
• Work across clinic, home, and school settings
• Build strong relationships with families, educators, and support teams
• Deliver thoughtful, functional therapy reports and co-create meaningful goals and strategies
• Collaborate with our small but mighty team through team meetings, PDs, and case consults
• Option to get involved in school holiday groups, workshops, and outreach

What Success Looks Like (aka KPIs that make sense)

• 20 face-to-face hours/week (FT) with structured admin time
• Attend weekly 1:1 supervision + team meetings
• Contribute to our team culture through shared learning and collaboration
• Develop or assist with one new program, resource, or group in your first 6 months
• Prioritise your wellbeing (take breaks, take your leave, say when you need support)

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years experience in paediatric OT
• Passionate about working with neurodivergent children and families
• Strong clinical reasoning, play skills, and the ability to build connection with kids
• Great communicator – written and verbal (bonus points for puns)
• Familiarity with sensory integration, emotional regulation, developmental frameworks
• AHPRA registration, WWCC, driver's licence (and your own car for the occasional school/home visit)
• Eligible for a Medicare provider number
