This role will be offered on a Casual basis (approx. 3 days per week - hours may increase as we head into our busy Christmas/New Year period).

About the Role

No two days will be the same in this role…… you will be on the road with our experienced Service Technician assisting with delivery and assembly of Weber barbecues and Outdoor Kitchens (ODK).  You will travel across the Adelaide metro area (with the occasional regional trip) and be jointly responsible for -

  • Conducting service and warranty callouts for Weber customers;
  • Assembling BBQs along with assisting in their delivery;
  • Consulting and measuring sites for ODK installations; and
  • Maintaining demonstration barbecues and assist in our parts warehouse when required.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with -

  • Mechanical or cabinet making knowledge (preferred);
  • Enjoys problem solving and finding practical solutions;
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on assembly work;
  • Can confidently drive a 3–4 tonne truck with a tail lift;
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills;

  • Professional presentation and pride in your work; and

  • Positive, motivated and adaptable attitude.
