We're scaling fast across APAC and looking for a
Sales Manager – AWS
to
lead from the front
, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach 3 Account Executives (2 in Sydney, 1 in the Philippines)
  • Report directly to the Regional Director
  • Shape the team's structure, processes, and GTM strategy
  • Lead from the front: own strategic deals and set the standard for excellence
  • Partner with AWS to accelerate pipeline growth and co-sell effectively
  • Drive collaboration across delivery, marketing, and AWS teams
  • Build a culture of curiosity, accountability, and customer obsession

What Success Looks Like

  • Establish a repeatable GTM motion within 6 months
  • Build a $3M+ pipeline across ANZ and PH
  • Develop a team that consistently exceeds quota and drives innovation

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in tech sales, with at least 2 years in sales leadership
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams
  • Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action
  • Ability to lead by example and close complex deals
