About The Daisy Clinic
At The Daisy Clinic, we're a specialised multidisciplinary paediatric health service located in the heart of Windsor, NSW. Our clinic is a welcoming, child-centred space designed to support children and their families through innovative, evidence-based, and collaborative health solutions.
We're now seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children achieve their goals and supporting families in a nurturing, strengths-based environment.
About the Role
As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at The Daisy Clinic, you will:
- Provide individualised, evidence-based assessment and intervention for children with a range of developmental, sensory, behavioural, and motor needs.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), contributing to joint care planning and case discussions.
- Support children and families using a child-centred, ecological approach, recognising the importance of family, school, and community contexts in care planning.
- Deliver therapy within the clinic, using our fully equipped paediatric therapy spaces and assessment tools.
- Liaise with parents, educators, and other professionals to develop consistent strategies and promote progress across environments.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports in line with professional and clinic standards.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
About You
You are a compassionate, motivated clinician who is passionate about paediatrics and enjoys working collaboratively with children, families, and professionals.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Paediatric experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in paediatric assessment and intervention.
- Eligibility for or current Medicare Provider Registration.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to family-centred, evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
