About the Role
The Support worker within Parkerville's Our Way Home program is responsible for supporting the holistic, therapeutic and trauma informed day to day care of Parkerville clients. The support worker is responsible for working as part of the care team in ensuring the delivery of actions as identified within the child's My Plan, Safety Plan, and other relevant documents.
About you
We're seeking someone with relevant qualifications or experience in youth or community services, who is flexible, resilient, and committed to trauma-informed care. You'll bring strong teamwork skills, emotional self-regulation, and the ability to create safe, consistent, and supportive environments for children and young people.

This role will be offered on a fixed term for 12 months, Part-Time basis, with the expectation that the successful candidates will be able to work flexibly, with shifts being on a rostered basis.
