About the role

Viktorias Hair And Beauty is seeking a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our team in North Richmond, NSW. Immediate start position as we roll into the busiest time of year As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our diverse clientele, contributing to the growth and success of our thriving salon. Seeking a team member for a full-time or part time position, including Thursday evenings, Friday and Saturdays.

What you'll be doing

  • All hair cutting, styling and colouring services including modern and classic techniques
  • Assessing clients' hair condition and needs, and recommending suitable products and services
  • Collaborating with the team to contribute to a positive and professional work environment
  • Actively participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  • Completed Certificate III in hairdressing
  • 2-3 years experience outside of an apprenticeship
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a exceptional client experience
  • Excellent technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair
  • A creative flair and the ability to interpret and execute various hairstyles and trends
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Confident working with a large team and very busy salon environment
  • A passionate, positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
