The Organisation

JK Personnel is partnering with a well-established and respected local name in the butchery industry, currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their Ballarat-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moving, stacking, and managing inventory
  • Assisting the butchery team with general duties
  • Picking and scanning customer orders
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Ad-hoc manual labour and cleaning as needed
  • Following company procedures and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • A proactive and organised mindset
  • HR Truck Licence is highly desirable but not essential
  • Previous warehousing or loadout experience is advantageous

Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, inclusive of a drug & alcohol test.
