Landscape Foreman

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to take charge of a single high-end residential landscape project based on the Northern Sunshine Coast. You'll oversee all on-site works, managing both softscape and hardscape elements, and ensuring the project is delivered to the company's award-winning standards.

This is a fixed-term contract role commencing January 2026 and running for approximately 4 months.

Duties

  • Manage on-site landscaping works including earthworks, planting, turfing and irrigation
  • Coordinate bulk material placement (soil, mulch, boulders etc.)
  • Oversee timber structures and garden edging
  • Lead and mentor site teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and management to maintain smooth operations

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in landscape construction and site supervision
  • Cert III in Landscape Construction highly regarded
  • Bobcat and excavator tickets preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver projects to high standards
  • Experience on complex residential or commercial landscaping projects
