About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Landscaper to join our Maintenance Team at Wellcamp Business Park. With an opportunity to grow your career and obtain a Certificate in Horticulture for the right candidate.

Based at Wellcamp, just outside Toowoomba, this hands-on role will see you assist with the delivery and maintenance of high-quality outdoor spaces across the Business Park and associated properties. You'll take pride in your work and enjoy creating functional, attractive landscapes that showcase the precinct.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Landscape construction and garden installation across new and existing sites
  • Lawn and garden maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, mulching
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery
  • Assist with paving, retaining walls, irrigation systems and minor concreting
  • General maintenance and laboring duties

About You:

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Construction White Card
  • Previous gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Enjoy outdoor, hands-on work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to undertake additional training as required

About Us

Wellcamp Business Park is a self-sustaining commercial hib supporting industries such as aviation, transport, manufacturing and construction.

Our Landscaping Team supports the Maintenance team in delivering projects through works including trench excavation, bulk earthworks, road construction, installations and landscaping.

Additional Information

This is a physically demanding role. Applicants will undergo a recruitment process including reference checks, pre-employment medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing. Eligibility to work in Australia is required.
