We're Looking for:

  1. Full-time Educator: $ $33.65 (hourly)
    Casual Educator: $ $41.30 (hourly)

  2. Full-time Lead Educator: $ $37.59 (hourly)
    Sponsorship available We're open to offering visa sponsorship after a successful 6-month probationary period.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educator: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

  • Lead Educator: Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.

  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.

  • Capability to guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the room or setting.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, families, colleagues and management.

  • Experience in designing, implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.

  • Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.
