About the role

This is a full-time Marketing Assistant role based in our Bayswater, Western Australia office. As a Marketing Assistant at SWI Fencing, you will play a crucial part in supporting our client relations to deliver engaging campaigns that promote our high-security fencing solutions to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responsible for maintaining consistency and alignment of all marketing activities across all channels with the overall direction of the endorsed brand architecture and style guides.
  2. Provides input into the vision and future direction of marketing and brand strategies addressing competitive pressures and revenue growth objectives, including the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans.
  3. Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts and website content. Work with other team members to produce social media content - including videos, that promotes SWI initiatives.
  4. Provide administrative support to the client relations team, such as organising photoshoots, arranging meetings and tracking marketing budgets
  5. Website management and email campaigns: develop, moderate and publish content on corporate website.
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  7. Support the coordination of marketing events, trade shows and other promotional activities
  8. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years' experience in a marketing support role, preferably within the fencing or construction industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  3. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  4. Demonstrated experience in developing, measuring and interpreting brand and marketing metrics
  5. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software
  6. Eager to learn, adapt and take on new challenges within a fast-paced environment
  7. Proven experience in successfully implementing brand and/or marketing campaigns across a range of communication channels
