Harvest Healthcare is seeking Nurse Practitioners (Authorised Prescribers) as well as General Practitioners, to join our growing telehealth team. We specialise in integrative care, supporting patients with chronic conditions, anxiety, pain management, and broader mental health needs – including access to alternative therapies such as medicinal cannabis.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct telehealth assessments, triage, guide and prescribe relevant treatment options and provide continued follow-up care.
  • Educate and guide patients through treatment options, including medicinal cannabis.
  • Provide specialised mental health support where applicable (for psychologists/psychiatrists).
  • Collaborate with a small, supportive team to deliver high-quality, compliant care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with healthcare regulations.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from:

  • Nurse Practitioners or General Practitioners (with AHPRA registration and prescribing rights).
  • Practitioners with an interest in mental health, alternative medicine, endometriosis, women's health, or chronic pain management.
  • Clinicians with excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for patient-centred care.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply – training and support are provided.

Role Details
  • Flexible hours: Initial 2-4 hours with opportunities to scale.
  • 100% remote – work from home, anywhere in Australia.
