Our growing team is seeking enthusiastic & dedicated early childhood educators to join us in a Part Time and Casual capacity. Accommodating children from Nursery to Kinder; our Exceeding service is well-known for its exceptional learning programs, high quality resources and outstanding educators.

About You

You are an inspiring Early Childhood Educator, who values partnership, collaboration, and support. You thrive by meeting the individual needs of each child and family and by building strong relationships. You are a passionate advocate for children, the sector, and your own personal development.

About the Role of Educator

We require a strong educator who can adapt to different situations and build connections with many children. You will be required to partake in observations and learning goals of children, daily reflections and evaluations. We require a strong leader who can bring the team on a professional journey that will ensure we deliver world class care, education practice and teaching philosophies that bring the centre's values to life.

To be considered, you will have:

  • A Certificate III in Children's services as a minimum
  • A valid Working With Children check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Previous experience in delivering high-quality education and care (long day care setting preferable)
  • Knowledge of personal responsibilities under the National Quality Standards and Regulations.
