About You

You are an inspiring and experienced Early Childhood Educator, who values partnership, collaboration, and support. You thrive by meeting the individual needs of each child and family and by building strong relationships. You are a passionate advocate for children, the sector, and your own personal development.

About the Role

You will work as part of the team and work within the different classrooms. You will be required to partake in observations and learning goals of children, daily reflections and evaluations. We require a strong leader who can bring the team on a professional journey that will ensure we deliver world class care, education practice and teaching philosophies that bring the centre's values to life.

To be considered, you will have:
A Certificate 3 in children's services as a minimum
A valid Working With Children check
First Aid Certificate
Previous experience in delivering high-quality education and care (long day care setting preferable)
Knowledge of personal responsibilities under the National Quality Standards and Regulations.
