We're growing our team and have exciting opportunities available for both Line Chefs and Hospitality Superstars to join our team.

Line Chef

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Line Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality meals in a vibrant environment.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items to company standards
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and presentation standards are met
• Assist with stock rotation, prep and ordering
• Work efficiently during peak service times
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role (pub, bistro, or restaurant setting preferred)
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, motivated and passionate about great food
• Availability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Whether you're behind the bar, on the floor or serving in the bistro, you'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive atmosphere
• Follow RSA and food safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred (on the job training available)
• Current RSA or ARCG required
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
