Reporting to the Brand Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Creative development of packaging designs considering layout principles, food photography, aesthetics and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop relevant graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and internet websites.
  • Maintain a photographic library for use in promotional and customer channels.
  • Identify, develop and manage multimedia content and website updates
  • Assist with new product development projects from concepts to launch for Branded, Private Label and Food Service ranges.
  • Assist, co-ordinate and liaise with external suppliers and internal BMU's to ensure a smooth and timely transition of products from concept to market.
  • Work with NPD (New Product Development) to support ongoing product initiatives.
  • Assist with presentations for annual category reviews with major retailers.
  • Manage the Australian packaging Covenant Action Plan.

You will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 5+ years' experience in FMCG marketing role
  • Advanced graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Suite
  • Exposure to Private Label brands & portfolios
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Experience in Product / Brand Management
