We are seeking High Voltage Cable Jointers to join our team in Brisbane and Rockhampton (we also encourage High Voltage Electricians to apply) with exposure to the below:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • HV Terminations and Jointing
  • HV Cable Testing and Fault Location
  • EPR Cables
  • XLPE and Lead Paper Cable
  • HV Cable Testing

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III ESI Distribution - Cable Jointing
  • Unrestricted Electrical Licence (desirable)
  • Construction Card
  • Current driver's Licence
  • CPR/LV Rescue
  • EWP High Risk Work Licence
  • Working at Heights
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Commitment to Safe Work Practices
  • Mine site experience (desirable)
  • First Aid (desirable)
  • Confined Space Entry (desirable)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
