DetailedJD *(Roles and Responsibilities) NetworkingSenior Architect·       Wellversed and competent in IP networks that includes Routing, Switching, Wirelessand MPLS.·       Good experience working in network space,with a minimum of 5 years in handling large enterprise customers overallnetwork operations. Preferably, someone with Energy domain experience workingon OT and SCADA.·       Experience and expertise in Networkvirtualization based on EVPN VXLAN.·       Strong knowledge and experience working onCisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus switches.·       Strong knowledge and experience working onCisco ISRs and ASRs.·       Strong knowledge and experience working onMeraki wireless.·       Solid experience in handling DC networks andlarge -scale branch networks.·       Perform tier -2 and 3 escalation support fornetworks and act as the point of contact for customer Leadership and otherManagers.·       Managing and supervising team of networkengineers and providing guidance to them with operational issues.·       Monitor, manage, and mentor networkoperations/support tech team.·       Ensure effective monitoring, maintenance,and administration of automated backup systems to ensure data continuity andintegrity for all IT Network systems.·       Ensure effective coordination andcooperation with the IT ServiceDesk to smoothly facilitate the resolution ofcross domain incidents/requests.·       Oversee, maintain, administer, and developautomated workflows, and scripts for network operations.·       Coordinate and collaborate with rest of OT,IT, Engineering, and the business at large to identify and implementopportunities for continuous improvement.·       Oversee, maintain, and build documentationfor Network services.·       Ensure effective monitoring, maintenance,and administration of automated backup systems to ensure data continuity andintegrity for network devices.·       Oversee maintenance of network inventory andensure maintenance of critical spares at all facilities.·       Strong written and spoken communicationskills.
