The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our Haberfield store. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
• Provide warm, professional, and efficient customer service
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, including coffee machines and equipment
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Monitor stock levels for coffee, milk, and related supplies
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading times
• Must have Responsible Services Alcohol (RSA) qualification

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $38.78 per hour
