Barista

Pasticceria Papa is seeking an experienced Barista / Bar person for our Italian Café and Restaurant in Haberfield. Must have Responsible Service Alcohol (RSA) qualifications and cocktail experience.

**_The Café and Restaurant are fast paced and can be very busy at different times throughout the day._**

**_Customer Service is considered a high quality with our staff._**

**_The successful applicant will be willing to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays if open._**

Essential requirements of the successful applicant are:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Must be able to make coffees
- Must be able to mix cocktails
- Must have Responsible Services Alcohol (RSA) qualifications
- Ability to work both in a team environment and individually to deliver drinks of excellent and consistent quality
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to sweep and clean floors as necessary
- Tidy chairs and wipe tables.
- Return dishes to kitchen as and when required
- Good communication skills
- Initiative and a positive attitude
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred but not essential

Pay: $24.10 - $37.47 per hour
