We're looking for a part-time qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join this lovely community-focused centre in Victoria 

Are you a passionate, qualified Early Childhood Teacher in New Zealand, ready for a meaningful and professionally rewarding move? Teach Global is here to support YOU to relocate and join the dedicated team at a wonderful centre, nestled in a close-knit community on the Mornington Peninsula.  Less than an hour drive from the heart of Melbourne.

About the role and centre:

  • Part time:  15 hours per week
  • Family-owned & community-spirited.  This centre strongly values family partnerships. They build warm, trusting, and professional relationships with every family, recognising the essential role that parents play.
  • Child-centred, play-based philosophy: curriculum and planning is deeply rooted in children's interests, developmental cues, and the voice of the child. 
  • Safe, respectful, and inclusive environment: The centre aims to make every child feel secure, valued, and cared for, fostering positive social skills, empathy, and independence
  • School-readiness & transition: Their 4+ Kindergarten program prepares children for school emotionally, socially, and cognitively, with strong local ties (including transition planning with the local Primary School). 

What we're looking for:

  • A fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher with relevant experience.
  • A commitment to high-quality, play-based early learning,.
  • A strong team player who values building relationships with children, families, and community.
  • Willingness to relocate to Victoria (well provide full relocation support).
  • NZ citizen or eligibility to work in Australia
