The Role and What you'll do

We're looking for an Operation's Manager - someone who has a passion in taking care and nurturing buyers once a property transaction takes place, from start to finish and beyond. Duties of the Operations function include dealing with property contracts, organising/analysing inspections, meeting deadlines, communicating and building rapport with buyers, liaising with multiple 3rd parties, liaising with other internal departments, and solving problems in real time.

As Operations Manager you will not only be assisting with day to day tasks, but also leading a small team, fine tuning processes and systems, manage workflow, ensuring compliance, monitoring team performance, efficiency and client experience.

This role could be perfect for you if;

  • Have a minimum 2 years Property Management or Operations experience in a Team Leading capacity, preferably in a Buyers Agency
  • Strong understanding of Buyer Agency workflow and client lifecycle
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs and database management
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Are naturally efficient and autonomous
  • Able to operate effectively under pressure
  • Have great communication skills both verbal and written
  • A desire to grow in your career in Property Investing and take on more responsibility
  • Can commute to a Sydney CBD Office
