Hadron Group is looking to speak to highly capable individuals with prior knowledge, experience, and capabilities in the field of infrastructure and/or government sector. You will bring an existing network of opportunities, ideally in Western Australia, and be leading Hadron businesses for a range of clients across sectors such as transport, water, housing, precinct development, and social infrastructure.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has high self-efficacy in strategies, investment appraisal, business case and helping develop projects from strategy stage through to an investment decision. Responsibilities
:
- Business Development:
Expand existing network, engage with clients, build strong relationships, and identify and convert new opportunities across Hadron's service offerings. Lead and contribute to proposals that align with Hadron's values and client needs. - Leadership:
Mentor and support staff, contributing to their professional growth while maintaining accountability for the quality of your team's output. - Client Engagement:
Lead and initiate meetings with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations, understanding needs, and putting forward solutions. - Project Management:
Oversee the delivery of projects, manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Essential Criteria
- An ability to take on diverse work. You must have an intrinsic desire to develop your skills, keep an open mindset, and collaborate with your colleagues and clients alike.
- Proven ability and inclination to expand your network, find client needs, and convert conversations into opportunities.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality deliverables including business cases, from strategy development to completion.
- Prior experience/exposure working with or for public sector agencies.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to translate and assess the strategic and operational impacts of a project
- Demonstrable writing and presentation skills (of narrative and data) - prior experience in consulting is advantageous but not essential.
- Be proactive and motivated to deliver the best service possible to our clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
- Commitment to evidence-based decision-making and a passion for delivering results.
