Our mission is to keep workplaces safe by supplying essential workwear, footwear, personal protective equipment, and safety products to major clients like Boral and KFC. Our range includes trusted brands such as Carhartt, Wolverine, Steel Blue, Blundstone, CAT, 3M, and Uvex. We also offer customized safety solutions through our in-house design team, ensuring our clients get products tailored to their unique needs.
The Role
This role is a great opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to advance their career in the fast-growing industrial safety sector. As the first point of contact for our major contracts team, you'll use a consultative approach to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. This role demands strong attention to detail, a talent for juggling multiple tasks, and a dedication to customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts via email, phone, and face-to-face communication, ensuring exceptional service.
- Generate and distribute KPI reports to monitor order fulfillment for major clients, meeting service-level commitments.
- Coordinate with our warehouse and store teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Provide accurate quotes and responsive support to clients.
- Track back orders and work closely with stores and warehouses to manage timely invoicing.
- Complete sales order entries, price loading, and other necessary adjustments.
- Assist in establishing inventory levels for major accounts.
- Conduct monthly sales reporting and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
- Offer support to other departments as needed to contribute to our overall success.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Professional communication skills, able to engage effectively with internal and external clients.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across business, customer, and supplier relationships.
- Adherence to RSEA's policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Ability to identify and suggest improvements in processes.
- Proactive in managing client expectations and sales objectives.
