About the Role

We're seeking a Learning & Development Capability Partner to join our People & Culture team. In this permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday), you'll work hybrid from our Maroochydore office and home.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you'll help shape our workforce by designing and delivering impactful learning programs that build capability, drive behaviour change, and support sector reform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply and maintain Suncare's Capability Framework across all roles and levels
  • Design and deliver inclusive programs (onboarding, leadership, dementia care, wellbeing, digital literacy, clinical skills)
  • Support sector reform readiness and accreditation
  • Align learning solutions with operational needs through collaboration with leaders and SMEs
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend targeted interventions
  • Facilitate training and coaching across various formats
  • Coordinate refresher courses and workshops

What You'll Bring

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
  • Experience in aged care, health, or community services
  • Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise
  • Familiarity with capability frameworks and LMS platforms (e.g. Docebo)
  • Confidence using digital learning tools and evaluating training effectiveness
