are looking for Process Workers within our Extrusion Production Team.
**Ongoing training and development provided, no experience necessary

This is a shift-based role requiring availability across afternoon, and night shifts
The Role
As a Process Worker, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks including manual packing in the Packing Department. Responsibilities also include manual handling, sorting, stacking, and collecting materials.
This is an entry-level role with full training provided.
The Person**

  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively to ensure work is completed safely and accurately
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Physically fit with strong manual handling skills
  • Willingness and ability to work rotating shift work
  • Own reliable transport is essential due to location and shift hours
