Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer, based in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and applications. Daily tasks involve programming, implementing object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and collaborating with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of software projects. The engineer will also be involved in the continuous improvement of game mechanics and user experiences.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years knowledge of Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Programming
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related concepts
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in game development or a passion for gaming is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field up
