Nurture & Thrive Psychology Rockhampton is a "thriving" private practice located in Rockhampton, Queensland. We currently have a well-established team of passionate and experienced psychologists working in our practice, and are looking to expand our team. We focus on delivering high quality assessment and intervention services to children, adolescents and their families in order to foster meaningful and positive growth and change. Services are also provided to clients across the life span. Early career registered psychologists are welcome to apply. We are ideally looking for someone to join our team on a permanent full-time employment basis, however we are happy to negotiate a permanent part-time employment role if required.

Requirements For This Role
- Registration with the appropriate regulatory board/professional body.
- Appropriate working with children eligibility checks.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
Characteristics, Skills and Responsibilities
- Competence and understanding of case formulation, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions (including therapy and assessment) that can be flexibly tailored to individual clients' needs and therapeutic goals. Inclusive, respectful and professional practice standards are vital.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with clients, their families, key stakeholders and other professionals.
- Competent writing skills evidenced in report writing, documenting case notes and observations, and email and letter writing.
- A high standard of organisational and time-management skills, self-motivation and ability to work both autonomously and within the context of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge and integration of ethical guidelines. Abiding by lawful and ethical work practices at all times, as outlined in our policies and procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
Remuneration Package
An offer will be made to an individual who is the right fit for our team based on their skills and experience. Base salary rates for full-time employees range between $83,000 and $105,000. In addition to the base salary, a remuneration package for a full-time employee will include superannuation, four weeks annual leave, two weeks sick/personal leave and any other leave requirements as stipulated by relevant laws. In addition, annual professional indemnity insurance, professional development and supervision budgets are also included.
