About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Psychologist to join our growing team in Tasmania. This role involves providing face-to-face Allied Health support to individuals in employment and vocational education services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and group Allied Health consultations to support participants.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and maintain privacy standards.
- Offer personalised support, connecting participants to local networks and intervention resources.
- Design and deliver outcome-based, high-quality assessment and intervention services.
- Engage in professional development and maintain registration requirements.
- Adhere to health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
About You
You are passionate about supporting participants in pre-employment and work settings through mental health services. You are driven to deliver innovative, contemporary programs that achieve positive outcomes for participants.
Key Requirements
- Fully qualified AHPRA Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, we would also consider a Counsellor.
- Experience delivering Mental Health services in employment services or similar settings.
- Proven ability to design and deliver individual and group support programs.
- Strong administrative and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience working within a clinical governance framework.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
