Black Rubber is a leading tyre supply and service organisation delivering safe, efficient tyre management solutions across transport, industrial, mining, resource, and passenger vehicle sectors. We're proud to support major operations across Western Australia, and we're now expanding our team at the Bronze Wing Mine Site.

About the Role

This is a site-based role at the Bronze Wing Mine, operating on a FIFO roster of 8 days on, 6 days off, with 12-hour shifts. You'll be part of a dedicated crew delivering mobile tyre fitting services in a remote mining environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring fleet tyre performance and identifying wear or damage issues
  • Diagnosing problems and delivering accurate, timely solutions
  • Performing rotations, pressure checks, balancing, and puncture repairs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional presentation
  • Adhering to all safety standards, policies, and procedures

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a tyre fitting role
  • Certificate II in Tyre Fitting – required
  • LF Forklift Licence – required
  • Valid Driver's Licence (LR, MR, HR – desirable)
  • Earth mover or grab truck experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
  • Willingness to work FIFO and contribute to a close-knit site team
