Lending Adviser

Aspire Lending is the dedicated mortgage and finance arm of MGI Joyce Dickson — one of Canberra's most respected accounting, financial planning, and SMSF advisory firms. We work closely with in-house advisers, accountants, and business consultants to provide tailored lending solutions to a loyal and growing client base.

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Lending Adviser to join our team. You'll lead the lending conversation with clients from discovery through to post-settlement, with strong qualified referrals from the internal team.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct discovery meetings and understand client goals
• Structure loan strategies and select appropriate lender and products
• Collaborate with your team to prepare and submit applications
• Present credit proposals and manage lender discussions as needed
• Reprice, review, and retain clients post-settlement
• Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous process improvement

What You'll Need:

• At least 2 years' experience in lending, broking, or credit advice

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Strong understanding of credit policy and structuring fundamentals
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
• Drive to grow your portfolio while delivering quality advice and care

Location: Griffith, ACT (on-site, full-time)
