Lending Associate

Aspire Lending is the mortgage division of MGI Joyce Dickson, a trusted professional services firm offering accounting, financial planning, SMSF, and business advice. We help clients navigate lending with smart, tailored loan solutions backed by process excellence.

We're seeking a sharp and capable Lending Associate to join our team. You'll handle everything from credit analysis to loan processing and play a key role in bringing lending strategies to life.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare files, conduct servicing and credit research
• Assist in product selection, policy matching, and lender pricing
• Complete loan submissions, manage credit assessors, follow deals to settlement
• Support client reviews, retention, and variations post-settlement

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in lending, mortgage broking, or loan processing
• High accuracy, technical confidence, and credit understanding
• Experience using Mercury Nexus (highly desirable)
• Cert IV required; Diploma preferred
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
