About the role

Based in Scoresby, Victoria, and reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, this role is full time conducted on site 5 days a per week.

As our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our business. You'll be at the heart of strategic planning, performance optimization, and enterprise-wide alignment. This is your chance to:

  • Lead quarterly rolling forecasts and scenario-based financial planning
  • Build and maintain financial models for pricing, profitability, capital planning, and new product launches
  • Deliver forward-looking insights to the Senior Leadership Team, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key drivers
  • Manage Integrated Business Planning (IBP) finance reconciliation, ensuring operational and strategic alignment
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive results and recommend corrective actions
  • Embed predictive analytics, KPIs, and automation into our planning processes with the Data & Analytics team
  • Champion continuous improvement in forecasting, planning cycles, and digital tool adoption (Power BI, D365 F&O)
  • Support capital expenditure plans and investment decisions

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar (postgrad/MBA/CPA/CA preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A
  • Advanced financial modelling skills and ERP experience (D365 F&O a plus)
  • Strategic and commercial acumen, with a knack for influencing stakeholders
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work across all levels
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ethical leadership and a commitment to Mentholatum's values
