RUSTICHELLA Pasta Bar is a Regional Italian Restaurant representing the cuisine of Emilia Romagna and its capital city Bologna with handmade fresh pasta made on site. RUSTICHELLA is a business located in Nundah Village, a few train stops north of Fortitude Valley. We are open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and we are looking for professionals to grow our team.

The candidate must have experience with table service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, flexibility and a professional attitude to work is essential for this role. Other attributes essential for this role include:

  • Wine Knowledge
  • Availability to work weekends, nights shifts
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Barista experience
  • Perfect english knowledge
  • Knowledge in Italian cuisine preferred
  • Experience with a touch screen POS system
  • Ability to carry 3 plates
  • Excellent customer service
  • Work in a team environment
  • Good food knowledge
  • RSA - Licensed business
  • Additional hours available for candidates with an interest in pasta making/kitchen hand

Applicants with barista experience will be highly considered.

Casual or Part-Time hours available. Must be able to available to work between 15-20hours / 3 -5 days a week. RUSTICHELLA is close to public transport, street parking available and Nundah train station around the corner.
