Your new company

This innovative and fast-paced organisation is seeking a Product Consultant to support the configuration, optimisation, and integration of its SaaS platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Your new role

As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Configuration & Customisation
    : Setting up workflows, approval processes, and tailoring the platform to meet business needs.
  • Platform Optimisation
    : Recommending and implementing improvements to drive usability and efficiency.
  • Integration Support
    : Assisting with third-party app and API integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • UAT Coordination
    : Supporting user acceptance testing to validate configurations and expected outcomes.
  • Technical Translation
    : Converting business requirements into clear technical specifications for SaaS implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proficiency in
    Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong
    analytical and business process mapping
    skills
  • Excellent
    communication
    and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience delivering
    training and support
    to drive user adoption
  • A background in
    lending
    , ideally with
    Loan Origination System (LOS)
    implementation
  • Proven success in configuring complex business platforms such as
    Salesforce
  • Technical literacy to understand SaaS architecture, data flows, and integration points (deep coding not required)
