In this pivotal role, you'll lead developments from acquisition through to completion and post-settlement service, ensuring each project aligns with strategic goals while delivering quality, value, and community impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all facets of assigned projects from acquisition to completion and after-sales service
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to drive progress
  • Manage project budgets and profitability
  • Guide design direction to balance aesthetics and commercial outcomes
  • Oversee the development approval process, working closely with relevant stakeholders
  • Act as the principal's representative during construction
  • Manage the plan sealing process to ensure timely settlements
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Property Economics
  • MBA (desirable)
  • Proven experience delivering high-rise residential projects
  • Deep understanding of apartment design principles
  • Strong planning, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adopt and work with new technologies
