Senior Occupational Therapist
with a strong sense of service, modern thinking, and the ability to motivate and support our growing team.
This is more than a clinical role — it's a chance to step into

Key Responsibilities:
In this senior role, you will:
- Provide evidence-based OT services across diverse settings — homes, schools, workplaces, aged care and the community.
- Manage complex cases, including trauma, psychosocial disability and high-level functional needs.
- Deliver specialist assessments such as
assistive technology, home modifications, and return-to-work assessments. - Support clients across multiple funding streams including NDIS, aged care, DVA, Return to Work, compensation schemes and private payers.
- Lead by example — mentor, supervise, and inspire junior staff, creating a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to
service development, innovation, networking and business development,
helping to expand our growing referral base.
To be successful in this role:
We're seeking a highly skilled, motivated OT who brings both
clinical expertise
and
leadership qualities
to the role. You will be:
- Qualified & Registered
– Holding a degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA. - Clinically Experienced
– With
minimum 5 years' experience
managing complex caseloads, including autism, trauma, disability, psychosocial complexities, and clients facing complex social situations. You know how to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in challenging circumstances. - Specialist Knowledge
– Experience across diverse areas such as mental health, autism, neurological conditions and disability services, with an understanding of how to respond to the effects of trauma on behaviour and wellbeing. - Resilient & Organised
– A natural "doer" who thrives on being busy, can multitask effectively, and has strong time management to keep multiple priorities moving - Leader & Mentor
– Passionate about guiding graduates and OTs, supporting allied health assistants, and fostering growth and capability in others. - Service-Driven
– A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, committed to providing client-focused, ethical, and high-quality services. - Modern Thinker
