You'll lead sophisticated client relationships, develop complex strategies and help shape investment portfolios, to drive divisional growth—while mentoring the next generation of advisors.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead, nurture, and expand complex client relationships across UHNW Individuals, Family Groups, and SME institutions.
  • Develop and implement advanced financial strategies for wealth accumulation, tax minimisation, succession planning, and asset protection.
  • Partner with our investment and research teams to deliver high-conviction, data-driven portfolios that align with our clients' goals and values.
  • Mentor and develop team members to support achievement of their career goals.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, client experience innovation, and business development initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years' experience in wealth management, with a proven track record advising complex client groups.
  • A degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline preferred, with relevant professional accreditation.
  • A passion for leadership, mentoring and shaping team culture.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset and commercial acumen aligned with business ownership potential.
