This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineering graduate to join their team.

The Role:

  • Deliver technical process know-how and drive continuous improvement to the operations division.
  • Willingness to show commitment to company's values of Passion for Natural Health, Integrity, Respect, Leadership and Social Responsibility
  • Initiate and facilitate operational efficiencies
  • Champion improvement initiatives and projects
  • Manage and ensure adherence to all safety process, policies, and procedures
  • Manage quality assurance
  • Review and manage accordingly supply lines
  • Budget management across allocated projects

About you:

  • Engineering Degree or relevant technical field - essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform and produce results in multifunctional teams in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving/decision making skills; ability to make timely, effective, fact-based decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to build rapport and develop collaborative relationships
  • Experience in information technology, particularly all Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
