Ocean Breeze Dry Cleaners is looking for multiple highly motivated candidates to join our store located in Margate (Redcliffe Peninsula).

All candidates must have great communication skills and attention to detail.

Be able to work in a fast and busy work environment being time sensitive.

To be able to work in a team and autonomously.

Have basic computer skills.

The following are available

Retail/Customer Service, Pressers,Monday - Friday: 6am to 12pm

Monday - Friday: 12pm to 5pm

Saturday: 8am- 12pm

Delivery Driver required ASAP

Monday -Friday: 11am- Varied finish time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers confidently, providing expert advice on our services
  • Manage garment intake, tagging, and processing in our POS system
  • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions, and resolve discrepancies confidently
  • Tackle customer concerns and ensure smooth workflow
  • Keep inventory organized and contact customers for collections or queries
  • Maintain a neat, welcoming store environment
  • Work in all areas of factory when needed
  • Organizing and packing orders ready for delivery in a timely manor

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail or face-to-face customer service
  • Familiarity with clothing styles and different fabrics
  • Comfort handling customer garments of all types
  • Friendly and approachable personality, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on your feet and lift garments above eye level
  • Computer skills and an ability to learn new POS systems
