We're seeking a passionate and skilled Accessory Fitter to join our Brendale team. You'll be at the forefront of epic 4WD build transformations, working on American trucks and Aussie utes from the ground up — installing premium trays, canopies, suspension, wheels & tyres, bull bars, and full end-to-end builds. Every project you touch reflects the precision, performance, and craftsmanship that define Teralume Industries.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

  • Install trays, canopies, suspension systems, and 12V electrical setups with precision and care.
  • Deliver exceptional workmanship that meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with our build, sales and operations teams to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Take pride in building epic, complete vehicle transformations that showcase Teralume's craftsmanship and innovation.
  • Support ongoing improvements that make our processes safer, cleaner, and more efficient.

You're a Great Fit If You Are...

  • Hands-on, mechanically confident, and take pride in getting it right the first time.
  • Skilled in 4WD accessory fitments, with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Experienced (or eager to develop) in 12V and lithium electrical systems.
  • Proactive, reliable, and focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • A clear communicator with a genuine team-first attitude.
  • Holder of a valid C-Class driver's licence or LR-Class (required for post-fitment testing).
