The Role
  • Conveyancing, leasing, and other property related transactions on behalf of various Queensland Government departments;
  • Provision of legal advice to senior staff of the Department across a broad range of areas of law including commercial law, leasing and general property law;
  • Be a point of contact for clients and external lawyers in relation to the legal matters.
YouTo be successful in this role, you will:
  • 2-3yrs post admission experience in commercial property law
  • Hold a current Practicing Certificate
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Maintains a high standard of practice through governance and risk management
