About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Data Engineer
to design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and infrastructure that support analytics and business insights. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, availability, and scalability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand data requirements.
  • Manage data integration from multiple sources into cloud or on-premise environments.
  • Implement data quality checks, validation, and monitoring processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and documentation.
  • Ensure data governance, privacy, and security best practices are followed.
  • Work with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or analytics development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks (e.g., Airflow, DBT).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or BigQuery.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing and database management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
  • Passion for automation, efficiency, and data innovation.
